Q. I'm new here. What will come in my order and do I need to purchase anything else to conduct my research?
A. Orders contain one vial of lyophilized peptide power in the total mg noted and FREE bac water. It may be best to wait until you receive your order to determine if you may need to purchase other items necessary.
Q. Why does the disclaimer says not for human or animal use? That doesn't make any sense!
A. Peptides, like vitamins, protein powder, and other supplements not approved by the FDA for any medical use, meaning their safety, purity, and dosage aren't guaranteed. HOWEVER, our peptides have been tested for purity and dosage and are safe to use in your experiments. We pride ourselves on promoting safety, purity, and stringent quality controls.

Q. Ok, I'm ready. When does my order ship?
A. Usually within 24 hours after payment is processed with the exception of Sunday. Sunday and holiday orders will be shipped out the next business day. Delivery times depends on the carrier. You will be given a tracking number once your order is confirmed and processed.

Q. What if I change my mind? Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
A. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed. All sales are final. Exceptions may be made if the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent. If this happens, please email us within 24 hours and send photos of product for training purposes and quality assurance. Please put "WRONG PRODUCT SHIPPED" in the subject line.
